Register a host using cli

I have been deploy many esxi 5.1 using automated deploy (dhcp, tftp, ks script....). Works fine.  Now, i want register the hosts in vcenter during deploy o just  after, using cli o some other way.

How i can do this?

I have not tried this but you can test out in lab before using it in Prod.

you can register multiple host with vCenter using Powercli.

I am not sure if you can add host to vCenter during esxi deployment
