Recovering a VM after running "Reset System Configuration"

Is it possible to recover Virtual Machines once you've run reset system configuration on the ESXi Server?

I've reconfigured the management network and connected back in via Sphere, and I can see from the disk space on the server that my old VM's are still there. But how do I get ESXi to see them again?

Right click on the .vmx file in each of he VM directories and select "Add to inventory" ---
