Raid with Esxi 6.0

Hello,

I have a dell power edge with PCIe flash drives that I want to create a raid on.  The Perc raid controller doesn't support these drives and therefore doesn't see it.  To my understanding esxi 6.0 cannot perform software raid either.  Is there any way for me to put a raid on these drives via esxi?  I thought about putting a software raid via the OS of each VM but I was hoping for more alternatives than that.

Welcome to VMware Communities,

There is no software RAID capability built-in into ESXi. You can only do it on the server (Either through a hardware card or software) or on the VM.
