RDMs & vSphere replication

Dear all,

i have to support a migration project from site to site and i have to move VMs configured with RDMs in physical comp mode.

My idea was to use vSphere replication and i was wondering if there are any idea on how to do so if possible.

Any advice is welcome,

Physical RDM is not currently supported with vSphere replication....

"vSphere Replication supports RDM devices in virtual mode only, for both the source and target device."
