Hi all,
I am fairly new to ESXi - one of the guest servers shut down overnight and I'd like to know why.
I found the log file for the guest in its datastore and found the relevant part of the output (attached)
could someone give me a hand on what to look for?
I have found the line:
vcpu-1| W115: MONITOR PANIC: vcpu-0:VERIFY devices/lsilogic/lsilogic_monitorVMK.c:858 bugNr=133423
I think this probably means something to someone who knows what they are doing - could some one point me in the right direction please?
I also have the vmx-zdump.000 which i used vmkdump_extract with but it a ppears to be a UserWorld dump so I don't know how to get a text file out of it. If you have any pointers on that I'd much appreciate it too
