QLogic 57810 10 Gigabit Ethernet Adapters do NOT appear in the ESXI Host Client under Storage Adapt

I have a number of FX2 Chasiss populated with FC640 running  QLogic Inc. QLogic 57810 10 Gigabit Ethernet Adapters and I can confirm the the firmware and HCL confirm these work with ESXi 7.0u3.  I can also confirm that we use OpenManage and maintain identical firmware, usually the latest, on all FC640s.

I have updated a number of my FC640s from 6.7 to 7.03u using a DELL image all of which work as expected.

However on one FC640 the  QLogic Inc. QLogic 57810 10 Gigabit Ethernet Adapters do NOT appear in the ESXI Host Client under Storage adapters even though the  QLogic Inc. QLogic 57810 10 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter appear when running CLI command as shown below:

After having spent to much time troubleshooting this I decided to cut my losses and backup the host configuration ( https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2042141) and run an install using the DELL ESXi7 image.

After the install I can see the QLogic Inc. QLogic 57810 10 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter in the ESXI Host Client under storage adapters however when I then restore backup  (as shown above) the QLogic Inc. QLogic 57810 10 Gigabit Ethernet Adapters disappear from the ESXi ESXI Host Client Storage adapters while still available from the command line as above.

Therefore the hardware is correctly confgured and something in the backup us removing the adapters from the ESXI Host Client storage adapters?

Of course I could so a fresh install (again) and configure from fresh but I have a large number of these to do a would prefer to understand and resolve this behaviour.

Does anyone know why I am getting this result of the QLogic Inc. QLogic 57810 10 Gigabit Ethernet Adapters NOT appearing in storage adapters in the ESXI Host Client but can see then from the CLI as expected. What is preventing them from being shown?

For reference I am running vCenter:

Version:
7.0.3.01400
Build number:
21477706

And my hypervisor DELl image build is: VMware ESXi, 7.0.3, 20842708

For 6.7 it looks like the drivers for this device are native, but not for 7.x. Can you list the vibs loaded?
