This sounds like a memory error, run a memcheck or call HP to get a technician to look at it.

How can i correctly check the memory?
I did run all 5 virtual machines on VM server and ESXi fall into purple screen again.
after restart ESXi i again run all 5 machines (4 windows+ 1 ubuntu), login at each and launch applications for more memory consumption. Total memory consumption of ESXi reached about ~9 Gb (from 10Gb) but ESXi still works 😕
Run memtest86 on the host. It's a free download and you can run it off of CD or a USB flash drive. If there is a hardware issue with memory, it does a good job of finding the problem.
