Exception 14 PSOD is a failure to load page file into memory.

Ive seen this for 2 reasons there is some dodgy memory, or i notice you are using HP servers and iLO 2 so G5? I have seen this when you are running with HP Dynamic power saving mode .

Also make sure your running the HP bundle or the HP ESXi custom image

Edit ^^ you posted the server model while i was writing

This is a known issue caused due to E1000 adapter, you have to update your ESXi server or change the VM network adapter to vmxnet3.

check this KB http://kb.vmware.com/kb/2059053

So,

what is the best approach in this case. change E1000 adapter to vmxnet3, or upgrade ESXi server.

vmxnet3 gives better performance compared to E1000, but in order to change the adapter you may have to take network downtime for all the VMs...if you can't go for that you can migrate all VMs to another ESXi server if you have any and upgrade your ESXi host(one step process)
