Purple Screen - Spin Count exceeded - possible deadlock with PCPU 0

Hi, I have ESXi 6.5 running on a Dell PE 2900III server. Since upgrading it has started experiencing problems where it seems to fail with a purple screen saying Spin count exceeded. Could someone please advise on what might be causing this? Thanks in advance

I think, your hardware is not certified for ESXi 6.5.

You can install ESXi up to 5.5 U3.

Hi,

It looks like the CPU scheduling was failed to perform due to which the vKerenl send out the NMI to CPU make panic.Can you try to analyse the vmkdump or raise a case with Support for the assistances.
