Purple Screen ESXi

I install ESXi 6.7 to server Supermicro SYS-1028R-WTR.

After 2 months, an error appeared: Could not start pcpu 1; no response to kick

The same error appears when trying to reinstall, during installation.

Six months later, the same error appeared on another server.20201208_121823.jpg

Any idea what this error is and how to solve it?

You're posting to the wrong group. This is for ESXi on Arm.

Its look like your system hung and no response, please do hardware health check and update Server firmware if its old. check server heat and other motherboard errors.

if still no help , Please check https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/1004250 , it may help you.
