From the PSOD picture, there shows some NMI error, please check the corresponding NMI drivers for esxi5are installed for the DELL servers, or disable the NMI option in the DELL BIOS as per the manual http://www.manualowl.com/m/Dell/PowerEdge-R910/Manual/189702

Please refer the below links to gather more information abt the NMI and collect the core dump of the VMkernel and may be you need get help from the vmware tech support to analyse the core dump.

like gkeerthy said, the coredump will probably tell you WHY you are getting

Non maskable intterupts.

if this is a production server then definitly get support from vmware to further diagnose

Problem persist...

Now, we are working  with VMware Support and Dell Support ; send them logs; we wait for any answers.

Then i will publish solution from Dell or VMware

Problem was Dell hardware ; they changed mainboard and CPU.

Now ESXi 5 is working fine

NMI always is; it's what it's there for.
