Problem with vmfs after upgrade from 4.1 to 5.1

Hello!

Last night we did an upgrade from 4.1 to 5.1 on one of our esxi servers.

After upgrade we recieved this error.

Anybody who knows what we can do to get it running again? I'm not an advanced user but wanted to check here first before going further.

Are you using hp server with flash drives. Some known issue already reported:

We are using Dell servers, apperently ESxi is installed on a usbstick so we will try to remove all the other disks and see if it will boot and then reattach them. Otherwise we'll try to reinstall it on a new usbstick.
