Do you have your USB ports enabled in the BIOS?
When you say bios, you talk about the VM or ESX...
The physical host.
yes it is enabled so where is the problem!!
no idea
In the screenshot I noticed that you have "HD Audio", that leads me to suspect that this VM does not orginiate from vSphere.
Did you created it on VMware Workstation or VMware Fusion and then moved it over? If so what version of Workstation/Fusion and how did you move it?
What is the virtual hardware version on the VM?
What is the version of vSphere? 5.1?

well no I've created a VM in vSphere 5 and for hd audio I integrate because I made changes at vmdk if you want I can show you but I always the USB problem!
Try to remove the changes you made (HD Audio is not supported on ESX anyway)

We are using vSphere vCenter 5.1, and this VM is hardware version 8 (We can also create or upgrade to version9).
For the HD Audio, I edit the vmx configuration file of the VM using the following link in order to get sound on Linux VMs.
