Problem Installing EXSI 6.5 Update 1 on SuperServer 6018R-TD

Hi,

I face the followings problem when installing EXSI 6.5 Update into SuperServer 6018R-TD.

Error Loading /User.b00

Compressed MD5: 5f56957c8e7b16358db3bf32c31d27065

Decompressed mD5: 000000000000000000000000000000000

Fatal Error: 10 (out of resource)

Any one have any ideal what result in this problem?

Hi,

Look like some drivers are missing for example Intel Serial ATA controller.

Try re-installing the ESXi or Second Alternate method try installing 5.5 U3 and then update it via Update Manager to 6.5.

First need to figure out HCL list .

VMware Compatibility Guide - System Search

Make sure all hardware are in compatible list.

Your system is not on the HCL for any version of ESXi. Depending on the hardware in use, this problem may be irrevocable.

Hi,

After checking the list, I realized my system is not compatible with version 6.5 but 6.0.

With version 6.0UP3, I manage to get back the previous error and Load /User.b00.

However, I still encounter the followings error:

Decompressed MD5: 00000000000000000000

Fatal error: 10 (out of resource)

I manage to install it after downgrading from ESXI6.0UP3 to ESXI 6.0 UP1.
