Pricing of licenses in local currency. US way cheaper

After all the discussions of vRAM, i've seen lots of comparisons on prices, when i noticed, that http://www.vmware.com/products/vsphere/pricing.html gives a different price depending on your location.
Ie: vSphere4 Enterprise Plus:
AUD$5,125
US$3,495
46% difference. That's a fair difference. Same percentage difference for SnS too. (not taking into account exchange rates)
Fair enough they wont update prices to the minute inline with exchange rates, but they need to be updated at some regular scedule...
...especially when AUD$1 = US$1.08 😉

yes it is always be like that daunce, but when you read more details in the EULA somewhere it says that you cannot use it here in Australia 😐

"Your use of the Software is limited to the country where you’ve been invoiced for purchase of the Software"

http://www.vmware.com/download/eula/esx_server.html see it here from: http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/forum-replies.cfm?t=1736757&p=4

It really does make the new licensing even more relevant for a country such as Australia - I wondered how people pushed Enterprise Plus edition sales so easily in the past until this was pointed out to me.

Yes @Josh26 I agree with you, with the current Exchange Rate it is all makes more sense.
