PowerEdge T40 enough for virtualization

Dear all,

Can you tell me if the Dell poweregde T40 with : 
- E-2224G

- 1 To Hdd

- 8gb RAM

is enought to run multiple VM ? (VM will be like Ubuntu to run as a node of Kubernetes)

You need more RAM, ESXi itself has a 4GB minimum.
