After I had a power outage and the server turned off. I started up my vSphere Client and none of my servers are listed. I tried to create a new Virtual Machine under Custom. Under Select a Disk, I selected Use an existing virtual disk. I chose a .vmdk file. Once completed I try to start up the virtual server but it says Insufficient disk space on datastore". What am I doing wrong? How do I get the virtual servers to show up again?

If all the servers are still there on the datastore, you can browse to each VM's folder and right-click on .vmx file and add it to inventory.

This will bring them back to inventory. Check the storage space on the datastore and make sure you have enough space.
