Physical Cores/Processors for Licensing

We are upgrading our Windows Server Licensing, I know that Windows Server datacenter needs to be licensed by physical processor/core.  Where can I find the info about the physical hardware of my hosts?  Thanks in Advance!

Depending on the product, and version that you are using, you can find the information e.g. while logged in to an ESXi host by expanding the CPU details, or from vCenter Server by selecting the host -> Configure -> Hardware -> Processors.

In the vSphere Client when looking at the host info?

In the physical server BIOS?

When looking at the system information via the iLO/DRAC?
