Permission for creating new virtual machine

I created new Role in vCenter Server for assigning a limited access to manage the hosts machines and virtual machines connecting  vCenter server using vSphere client with their domain IDs. Now, i need assign permission to specific group for creating new VM.

Please help out that which option in "Role setting” will be allowed to create new VM.
