Performance issue FC-SAN & Terminalserver

Hello together,

I've got some performance issues with my terminalservers and my FC SAN.

The FC San is a SX80 with SAS disks.

The VMware ESX 4.0 is installed.

All my Terminalservers shows a high performance on the HDDs.

If I review esxtop I see the attached counters.

Can you help me to identifiy the bottleneck?

ESXTOP doesn't show very high storage usage or bottleneck as such. Check if you have followed storage best practices and your storage processors are not overloaded with another workload than virtualization.
