Need to update patches on ESXi 5.0.0 1489271. Can anyone please share list of patches along with download URL?

You can download the latest patches from Download Patches. To install the patches from the command line see.e.g. http://kb.vmware.com/kb/2008939. The esxcli command provides a "--dry-run" option, which shows what the command would actually do, e.g.

esxcli software vib update -d "/vmfs/volumes/Datastore/DirectoryName/PatchName.zip" --dry-run
