Password Reset

I have an ESXi 4.0 Server that needs to be moved to a new location, which means its IP is going to need to be changed.

For the life of me, I cannot remember the password.

I know, I should have written it down.

I had just upgraded from 3.5 and had to do a fresh install. Which meant, I had to download all my vm's and reupload them.

Than my old password wasn't complex enough, and by the time, I finally changed it a couple months ago and can't remember what it was.

I tried a hack for 3.5 by bring up a command line and making a change to a variable. (Can't remember which one right now)

But it didn't work.

Is there any way to reset it at the console.

Thanks

Dave
