Passthrough for DEC DNBT1 T1/E1 Card

Hi All,

Does anyone know that ESXi 5.x Passthrough is supported for the legacy DEC DNBT1 PCI card?

I tried to plug this card in the server but ESX seems unable to recognize it as I cannot found it in the passthrough list but it can be recognized as PCI device when I installed Windows OS in same server.

Anyone knows how to make it in passthrough list?
