I have a host running ESXi 4.1 (build 320137) that has a Creative Soundblaster sound card installed. I am able to get sound on a virtual machine by Configuring VMDirectPath I/O pass-through devices on the ESX host. It appears that only one virtual machine at a time can access the device. Is there way that multiple virtual machines can take use of the same device? If not how do others handle sound to their virtual machines. I am trying to have sound enabled on multiple virtual machines
