Partition alignement VMFS en NTFS

Hi,

I have one ESXi 4.0 hypervisor (6 disks Raid 5) which has the following partitions

Then I have 5 Windows 2003 servers running in the datastore? One of these vm's has 2 virtual disks. Now, I read some stuff about partition alignement and I'm a bit confused about this. Can somebody tell me if I suffer from performance loss on my disks because of a disalignement somewhere?

Thanks

As long as ESXi created the datastore during installation or you set up the datastore from the vSphere client the VMFS datastore should be aligned correctly.
