Is this an HP server? In that case update the iLo firmware, see VMware KB: VMware ESXi host experiences Intermittent Non-Maskable Interrupt (NMI) purple diagnostic ...

Last executed code in panic string is panicvpanicint

I see another thread where last execution was using same function ..

https://communities.vmware.com/thread/487015

In this case also shown as an ILO issue on HP server, may help ..

Hello,

From the PSOD screenshot it seems like the host is having a physical hardware issue.

Please raise a case with host hardware vendor and please run a intensive hardware diagnostic check so get the results of defective hardware.

Once got the report apply the required firmware and patch to resolve the issue.

Please let me know if any additional information is required.

Thanks
