PSOD HP Gen7 DL360 - i'll give up

Hello guys,PSOD HP DL360.jpg

I'm new here, so don't be angry, if I do something different (false) then you.

We have a HP proliant g7 dl360 server and have the problem that we get 3-7 times the day a purple screen.

I searched already all my way threw the site, but I don't find the solution for our problem.

So I'll be really happy if you can help me.

Our IT-technicer also doesn't find the solution, but he said it can be because of the RAID SMART ARRAY CONTROLLER/BATTERY, but I don't want to test that if someone here knows the right solution.

I hope this informations wil be enough to see whats the problem.

Attached you can see the purple screen.

MANY THANKS

Best regards

Serdar

Are you running the HPE Custom ESX image, this contains the correct drivers for your hardware, and also apply the corresponding HPE SPP for the correct firmware. The HPE/VMware Recipe will contain which firmware & driver combos should be used for all your different hardware components.

Are you seeing this issue after any recent changes on host?

Was this server running fine before and you are hitting this issue after OS upgrade or any other firmware/Driver update?

Is it a random PSOD or it occurs while performing any specific tasks?

Since it is MC , most like due to  hardware components.

Have you performed hardware diagnostics test ?

Suresh
