PSOD - Exception 14

Hello,

After an upgrade to ESXI 5 one of the hosts is having problems. It has done this three times, all when another host has been put into maintenance mode and started migrating servers. The Error screen is attached. Can anyone shed light on why this would be happening? The server is a Dell m910.

PS. Also you can check up network options for a pool Citrix_-_application_pool_SRV02 and I would try to change type of the network adapter for VMs in this pool (from vmnet3 to E1000)
