Hi all,
Recently I upgraded my vCenter 5.5 server to vCenter 6... It was an all-in-one installation,so an embedded PSC was installed...
Now, I want to install a second PSC, and connect this PSC to the SSO domain of the embedded PSC. Afterwards, a new vCenter server will be installed... After migration of all virtual machines to the newly installed vCenter, I want to shutdown the upgraded vCenter server...
However, during installation of the PSC, the installers exits with an error...
Checking the log files, I see the following error...
Failed to install VMware STS
com.vmware.identity.idm.IDMEException: Operations Error...
Someone familiar with such an error? At first I thought the firewall was an issue in this, but there are no restricted ports between the two servers.
Attached is the vmidentity-firstboot log file with the errors...
I hope someone can help me out here...
