There is a KB article explaining the supported HA options for vCenter Server but this does not provide information about PSC.

https://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=10240...

The vCenter Availability Guide does provide the different HA options for PSC.

vCenter Server 6.0 Availability Guide

The PSC does have a native high availability feature to provide availability in case of a failure.

As far as I am aware, the options explained in the availability guide are the only supported options for PSC availability.
