Is this supported by VMware to use MS Windows NLB Cluster for PSC HA.
There is a KB article explaining the supported HA options for vCenter Server but this does not provide information about PSC.
The vCenter Availability Guide does provide the different HA options for PSC.

The PSC does have a native high availability feature to provide availability in case of a failure.
As far as I am aware, the options explained in the availability guide are the only supported options for PSC availability.
