PRTG Server health (SOAP)

Hi

I have 3 VMware ESX servers fully functional, and all servers are monitoring with PRTG.

One of the servers in the PRTG is given us a error message of the SOAP health sensor, every day early in the morning the sensor indicates us that server is not found and 5 o 10 minuts later the server is online again, but the server is always online and I don't have problems of conection in the logs of the vCenter.
My vCenter is a vm and work in that server and I make VCB "backup" and send to a NAS in tha night, but the process finish 8 to 10 oclock of the next day.
I have a virtual switch with two vmnic with balancing and is the my service console too.
If I review the information of my nic and the switch with ifconfig command I don't have lost package.
I think  that "backup" processis realy heavy but is absolutely necesary.
  1. Could be possible that the backup process cause the message of the PRTG?
  2. Someone had a similar problem?
  3. Any idea Which may be problem?

I don't know how we fixed the error, we udate our esx 4 to esxi 5 and update the prtg. Then we don't have more the problem.

    It's a really interesting case.
