I have a Dell R710 server running VMWare ESXI 6
I am using the web client for vCenter to configure and and control the environment
I have tried with both Server 2012 R2 and Windows 7 Pro as guest OSes
I have a Hauppauge TV Tuner in PCIe in slot 4.
Once I install the drivers for the TV Tuner. The drivers install correctly as expected but no matter what I do change. I get an error:
"This device cannot start. (Code 10)"
Does anyone have any insight to where to go from here to troubleshoot?
