Using an ESXi 7 VM, I set 2x SATA ASM1062 controllers passthru. Both are set to Active, except, when I start the VM, 1 was missing. So, I examined the log:

Both are the same controllers. One gets Enabled, the other not. What is causing this? And how can I solve it?
