P2V, now dllhost.exe errors

We did a P2V of a Windows 2003 Enterprise x86 server, since then we have the follwoing error in the eventviewer:

Faulting application dllhost.exe, version 5.2.3790.3959, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.2...., fault adress 0x00....

Any idea how to solve this error message?
