P2V conversion done but after conversion I can't able to take remote for the VM

P2V conversion done but after conversion I can't able to take remote for the VM and I can't even telnet port 3389 on the server locally.

Tried netstat -anb command where port 3389 is not listening.

Please suggest

1. can you login to the VM with your account ?
2. Does the VM have at least one working networkcard now ?
3. Is RDP-login enabled ?
4. If yes - does it really use port 3389 ?
5. what about firewalls ?
