I am trying to unmount a vol from a host but keep getting this error

I looked and found this kb but it did not work after stopp vsantrace

any idea why? The datastore used to be in a sdrs cluster, i have moved it out and disabled sioc, but still haveing issues

The article you posted in the Comment show that your datastore is using "SAN module actively stores the traces needed to debug any VSAN related issues". Can you disable the vSAN on this particular host and then try removing the datastore.

i thought i did by stopping the vsantrace service

/etc/init/vsantrace

then tried to unmount datastore but will not unmount
