Hi,
I have a small issue and I don't know how to fix it.
I used VMWare vCenter to migrate and existent virtual machine, it got stuck and failed.
I went to Virtual Infrastructure deleted the virtual machine but for some reason some files still exist and I see files allocated for that purpose.
I tried to migrate it again and I am getting the following error(s)
Operation Failed because file already exists
Failed to create virtual disk /vmfs/volues/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/FreeBSD/FreeBSD.vmdk
How can I manually delete this file(s)?
Thanks
Paulo
Is there a way I can delete those files manually?
One way is use the Datastore Browser (right click on datastore and choose browse).
Warning: there isn't a undelete feature

I also tried to create a virtual appliance within VMWare Infrastructure client and I got the same error
