I have not had this before and I do not do snapshots (probably will look at that after this) but at the moment one of my critical VM servers will not boot up Server 2008 R2 64 bit. I am currently started up from the 2008 install disk and am running the repair utility. If that doesn't work where do I start. I have the data backed up conventionaly with Backup Exec as it is a SQL 2008 database that I need restored. It's a pretty complicated ordeal to hook it back up with the program that is needed.
