On ESX Server, CentOS guest intermittently becomes unreachable

We have a VMware ESX server running multiple guests. One guest  running CentOS 5.2 and others are running Windows.  The guest running CentOS  intermittently becomes unreachable to all other machines on the network. Please advise on how to fix this issue.

As none of the other vms on the host seem to become unreachable, it appears to be more of a guest OS issue than a esxi issue given then info you provided.

cehck the vmware .log in the guests's folder for any events but its probably the os.
