I just verified the checksums with my already downloaded copy of the file, and they match those on the web site.
Maybe something's wrong with your downloaded file. (Filesize is 409,063,424 Bytes)

The size on disk for our download is: 407,523,328!

I have downloaded a dell custom image for 7.0.2a and this was ok and has installed ok.
