Notification for anything 'Red'

I think I'm missing something simple here, but is there a way I can set up an email notification for any condition that goes Red on a host.  CPU, power supply, etc.  I know I could go to each specific item and do it but is there a more global setting that says if anything goes from green to yellow or yellow to red, let me know about it?

I think what your trying to cerate is a new alarm with the following settings:

Alarm Type Cluster or vCenter Server or Datacenter (whichever you want to monitor)

Example Cluster

Event Cluster Status Changed -   Status Alert
Actions email
