Not able to install VMware tools on Solaris 11

Hi All,

My Host is ESXi 5.0 GA build. I am not able to install vmware tools on Solaris 11. Consequently, I am not able to configure networking on Solaris 11 as well.

Any pointers please?

Look at the attached snapshot for the point where vmware tools installation breaks.

Please help.

Also, the VM reboots of its own, if I try to re-install or re-configure it. I get below screen after reboot. Dont know whats going on.
