Not able to download ESXi 6.0 Express Patch 7c

Iam not able to download the below said patch, I need to patch for my project server ASAP, please let me know any issue on ESXi 6.0 Express Patch 7c

the bundle 'ESXi 6.0 Express Patch 7c' is located in following product download page. you can see 'ESXi600-201703003 Offline Bundle' in the bottom.

This is the URL for the Release Notes for ESXi600-201703001, Express Patch 7a:

If you look towards the bottom in the "Deployment Considerations" sections and follow the links, there appears to be three versions of the patch.

ESXi600-201703001 intended to be applied to/on top of ESXi 6.0 Update 3

ESXi600-201703002 intended to be applied to/on top of  ESXi 6.0 Update 1 and

ESXi600-201703003 intended to be applied to/on top of ESXi 6.0 Update 2, this is called out as Express Patch 7c, so I assume the Update 1 version is Express Patch 7b?

In any event, looks as if you apply whichever one is applicable, depending upon where you are in the ESXi 6.0 patch cycle. And the other two will not apply and can be ignored. Or that's my take on it.
