Not able to configure serial port or adding new device to applince

I'm not able to configure Serial ports or add new device to VM Applince OK button is grayed out ...
vCenter version 7.0.2 ESXI  7.0. update 1

the workaround that I could do to add device and configure serial port from ESXI. Not sure why it's not configrueable on the vCenter ?
