No network if booting ESXi on a EFI-system

If I boot a ESXi on a EFI-system it does not aquire an IP from DHCP - and I also can not set an IP manually.
Same system booted on a host with a normal BIOS starts network correctly - any ideas what may cause this ?

5.1 or all 5.x is having this issue?

Same problems with 5.0 as well as 5.1

problem solved - I just need one state.tgz for normal boot and a second state.tgz for EFI-boot
