No network adapter detected on free ESXi install

While installing esxi 5.5 recieved error for No network adapters detected . Reaized through Kb article(http://www.virtualbits.nl/?p=23)  you need to download the intel drivers & blend with esxi iso image. As i am using free trial version unable to do it .

Hello, the installer for "trial" and non-trial is the same .iso. Your license make the difference, you are able to install this driver without  a custom image if you are able to download the ".vib" packge(driver) into the host with an usb device.

The, you need to execute this:

# esxcli software vib install -v "/vmfs/volumes/Datastore/DirectoryName/PatchName.vib"

Can you elaborate more with steps how can i download this  file on host & run it . As currently the esxi itself is not getting installed so not sure how can i do that .
