No gateway after restart?

I've got several ESX host servers that, upon reboot/restart, the servers loose their gateway settings on the COS.  Has anyone else experience this issue?

What is the build number Jason? and what hardware

The build number is 502767.  The hardware is IBM x3850 and using the on board nics.
