No Network Connection in VM's

I installed Vmware ESXi for my first time on my Dell Vostro 400 Quad core workstaion. I assigned it a IP and configured 2 VM's via Vsphere client. Both my virtual machines which are win2008 and windows7 both show no network connection.

How do I enable the network on the vm's?
