No Hardware Status with ESX 6.0

I have the problem, that after the upgrade from ESXi 5.5 to ESXi 6.0 the hardware status view in vcenter don't work on all servers. I see on some server the components, but no status - and on some servers i see nothing in the tab and some servers work fine. I use the custom HP ESXi image and i tried different images - nothing really works. I joined the esx servers on a other vCenter - still no status. With esxi 5.5 everything worked fine.

has anyone a tip? How can i check if the agents running well?
