We are in the process of designing a new environment. We plan on bringing over our 100 virtual servers as well as virtualizing an additional 60 servers.
What are the best practices to find out what well need to to put this together? We're looking to go with either a blade or standalone environment. The number of servers? How much memory er server? Ability to lose a server or chasis and still function at 100%.
